We store a photo of your government ID (KTP, passport, or driving licence) and a selfie holding the ID—this is our know-your-customer (KYC) requirement to comply with anti-money-laundering law. We keep these documents indefinitely unless you request deletion.
When you deposit, we record the payment method you used (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet), the amount, the date, and the transaction ID. We never store your full bank account number or card details—payment processors handle that directly. We use deposit and withdrawal history to monitor for fraud and to verify account ownership if you ever need account recovery.
